Whitstable Business Club Aims
- To establish and grow a low cost business networking club
- To dominate networking within our catchment area and be THE CLUB to belong to
- To help local causes when funds permit
- To promote our members businesses by networking and other means
- To attract new members by our success and low costs
- To have structured but informal meetings
- To adhere to the fair but firm rules.
- To remember our collective interests by promoting the Club to new members

Rules and Regulations
- The Whitstable Business Club shall be run by a steering committee.
- The club admits only one member for each type of business.
- Member’s attendance is restricted to one representative for each business in attendance at each meeting.
- Membership is granted for only one business per member. The Club will not automatically accept any business subsequently created by that member.
- Participation in and support of Charity Events will be required occasionally.
- Members must be prepared to give presentations of their business to the club on a regular basis.
- Members may invite visitors to the weekly meetings. A visitors business must not conflict with a members business without prior acceptance.
- Visitors may attend three times prior to committing to take up membership and pay the appropriate fees. Their first visit will be free, however, they will be expected to pay £6.00 for subsequent visits.
- The steering committee reserve the right to grant or refuse membership for the benefit of the members and the club.
- The steering committee have the ability to terminate a membership if the said member is not compliant with the rules or for any reason which may affect the smooth running and success of the club.
- The steering committee reserve the right to decline acceptance of membership or to terminate membership after non-attendance for a period of four consecutive weeks.
